The GHOST SHIP Crew hosted the West Coast premiere of their skate film DESTROY ALL TERRAIN on April 23, 2026 at The Waterfront Venice in Venice Beach, California — the birthplace of modern skateboarding. The event was co-hosted by Terri and Dan of Juice Magazine and closed out with a screening presented by Starlite Cinemas.
A West Coast welcome from Juice Magazine
The GHOST SHIP Crew traveled cross-country to Dogtown, where we met the utterly iconic Terri and Dan of Juice Magazine, who kindly introduced us to some of Venice Beach's most beloved homies. Our fearless leader, founder Andy Howell, and his partners, Kareem Campbell and Jacq Winter, spent the visit swapping stories in the Juice House and it was a real history lesson! We covered everything – from old friendships to what Venice Beach was like during the pandemic, not a stone went unturned. To top it off, Dan cooked a killer pasta dinner on our first night in town, which set the tone for the whole trip. Hospitality at its finest. Hats off to Terri and Dan!
Premiere hosted at The Waterfront Venice
The Waterfront Venice, located on the Venice Beach boardwalk, hosted the premiere event, where GHOST SHIP set up alongside the Juice Magazine team as guests gathered ahead of the screening.
Dan kicked off the night right with a killer raffle! From skateboards to hats to stickers and other Juice and GHOST SHIP swag, we had lots of attendees win some seriously sweet gear before the film even started. Bravo, Dan for organizing this!

Massive thanks to Starlite Cinemas, who managed the screening setup for DESTROY ALL TERRAIN. We were so stoked to be joined by skate and surf icons Jeff Ho, Dave Duncan, and GHOST SHIP Crew Shawn Hale, Dominick "DOMO" Walker, and Nic Steezy, to name a few. It was a killer night with some killer folks, y’all!

When we weren't in premiere mode, we kicked it hard with the Crew, visiting Hale's home skate park and romping around Venice for some interviews, laughs, and an all around fine time. Venice Beach, you were good to us.
