Shipping policy

We ship through UPS, USPS, and FedEx for domestic and international orders. The shipping method is normally determined and billed during checkout, except in the special circumstances list below. 

Shipping costs may vary according to dimensional weight, which is calculated using a combination of static weight and dimensional measurements of the sides of a shipping package. Shipping costs may be higher for heavy or large products including surfboards, skateboards, fishing rods, original art, and other custom products on a case by case basis. For custom orders we will work directly to determine the best shipping option for care and safety of the product during shipment. These charges may be billed separately.

We do not apply additional insurance beyond the required or automatically applied insurances of our respective shipping companies and freight carriers.
